The indie game, with a simple "cars + soccer" concept, took the gaming world by storm last summer. Since then, it has picked up numerous awards, including three from The Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, voted on by other industry members. It's also getting its own livestreamed league, in a partnership with Twitch.
How exactly basketball will be implemented with cars, Psyonix didn't say, but with March Madness starting March 16, we could have an answer soon.
